Ayurveda teaches that Spring is dominated by the Earth and Water elements — think melting snow and rushing rivers, mud season, and damp earth. Nature has her own way of clearing the clutter and transitioning from Spring to Summer, and as a reflection of nature, we need to make our own shifts to transition with ease. Without making seasonal shifts in diet and lifestyle, we can end up feeling bogged down, congested, tired, and foggy. This cleanse is here to help you align with nature and feel your best—light, energized, and clear.
🌿 What You’ll Experience During the Cleanse
This 10-day Ayurvedic Cleanse is designed to gently support your body’s natural detoxification process with nourishing, whole-food meals and seasonal Ayurvedic practices. This isn’t about restriction—it’s about nourishment, alignment, and feeling truly supported.
Throughout it all, you’ll be guided in daily Ayurvedic rituals—like dry brushing, abhyanga (self-oil massage), tongue scraping, gentle movement, and breathwork—to clear stagnation, calm the nervous system, and awaken your radiant spring energy.
You’ll also receive a beautifully curated Cleanse Manual and Recipe Guide, full of seasonal inspiration and nourishing meals to spark creativity in the kitchen and build lasting food confidence.
Throughout the journey, you'll move through three intentional phases:
🌀 Easing In
We begin with an elimination diet to prepare your system with gentle dietary shifts and foundational Ayurvedic rituals. You’ll begin by reducing inflammatory foods and introducing lighter meals to ease your body into the cleanse with grace and intention.
🌱 Going Deeper
Nourish with vibrant seasonal meals that support your body’s natural detoxification process.
This phase focuses on fresh spring produce, nourishing grains, vibrant greens, juicy berries, and simple, grounding Ayurvedic dishes like soups, herbal teas, and more, recipes provided!
For those ready to go deeper, you’ll be introduced to an optional Deep Cleanse Protocol during this phase.
🍲 Kitchari Phase
Settle into simplicity with this deeply healing, easy-to-digest Ayurvedic cleansing dish.
A few days of traditional kitchari—a warm, spiced mung bean and rice dish—helps reset digestion and deepen the detoxification process.
After the Kitchari phase you’ll be guided to ease out of the cleanse, reincorporating your favorite foods but keeping some of your newfound favorite recipes and habits you learned throughout the cleanse as part of your Ayurvedic lifestyle.
